All panettone pre-orders will be dispatched (not arrive) on either the 29th November, 6th December, 13th December or 20th December depending on which option you choose. 

Please note, these are DISPATCH dates, not delivery dates. It is up to the customer to account for shipping times, possible delays and logistics. We will be using a tracked courier for shipping but cannot promise arrival times and cannot be held liable for any delays that may happen. Once the panettone has left the bakery, the carrier is responsible for it being delivered to you. No returns, refunds or cancellations can be offered once the package has left the bakery.

Otherwise known as the king of bread, sourdough panettone is known amongst bakers as the most difficult bread one can make. We have developed a very special sourdough starter called a “pasta madre” which is the traditional way of making panettone. It is fed in a special way that creates a beautifully sweet flavour and open texture.

Our panettone is packed full of the highest quality estate dairy cultured butter and beautifully deep-coloured cackle bean eggs, as well as lots of yummy inclusions such as orange peel and chocolate. Each Panettone takes us 3-4 days to make, and a huge amount of skill is required by our whole team to make sure it turns out beautifully every time.

They will be baked in classic panettone cases directly from Italy and placed in branded pink and gold boxes, and have a shelf life is up to 2 weeks if not opened. They will be the perfect gift for xmas and extremely delicious!
