I have always loved baking bread. My dad was a professional baker and always taught me on the weekends. I have been friends with my rye sourdough starter since I was about 5 years old. There is something so therapeutic about getting your hands into a tub of flour and water and just working through the muscles of the dough until you can feel it relax and work. The art of fermentation has been fascinating me since I was young but I have properly studied it since 2016. Opening up my own little micro bakery has been a dream that I shared with my dad for a long time and finally it has come true!
