Advanced Sourdough In-Person Workshop - Baguette, Focaccia, Wholemeal.


Learn how to make sourdough focaccia, baguettes and wholemeal bread with Sophia in this wonderful day workshop. This class is ideal for anyone who doesn't have any prior knowledge of sourdough baking, or does and wants to learn more detail about how to make amazing sourdough bread, manage your starter and get that wonderful result that you can be proud of.

During the day, we will talk about all things starter, dough and baking bread. You will get your hands deep into dough and get to practice every step of the journey from start to finish. A lunch is included and you get to take home everything you have baked on the day, as well as a goodie bag containing some great items that you will need to bake bread at home.
