Important pickup information

We have separated the different weeks you can pick up the panettone in order for us to be able to ensure the optimum freshness of the product. You can only reserve panettone for pickup from Thursday to Sunday on the following weeks leading up to Christmas:

• Week commencing 27th November (Thursday-Sunday)
• Week commencing 4th December (Thursday-Sunday)
• Week commencing 11th December (Thursday-Sunday)
• Week commencing 18th December (Thursday-Sunday)

Due to the incredible demand we experience over Christmas time, we will have EXTREMELY low quantities of panettone available for walk-ins, so it is definitely advisable to order yours ahead of time.  

 Ordering/pickup Instructions: 

1. Add a Panettone (store pickup) to the cart.
   
2. On the cart page, use the date picker to select the exact day and time you would like to pick up.
3. Continue to checkout and pay. 
4. If you would like to order multiple Panettone for multiple pick up dates, you will need to do so in separate transactions.
5. Come to store on your pickup date, bringing your order number with you, and let one of our team know that you have reserved a panettone. They will gladly hand yours over to you!

Otherwise known as the king of bread, sourdough panettone is known amongst bakers as the most difficult bread one can make. We have developed a very special sourdough starter called a “pasta madre” which is the traditional way of making panettone. It is fed in a special way that creates a beautifully sweet flavour and open texture.

Our panettone is packed full of the highest quality estate dairy cultured butter and beautifully deep-coloured cackle bean eggs, as well as lots of yummy inclusions such as orange peel and chocolate. Each Panettone takes us 3-4 days to make, and a huge amount of skill is required by our whole team to make sure it turns out beautifully every time.

They will be baked in classic panettone cases directly from Italy and placed in branded pink and gold boxes, and have a shelf life is up to 2 weeks if not opened. They will be the perfect gift for xmas and extremely delicious!
