Babka - braided inspired by the traditional jewish babka filled with a chocolate, cinnamon and pecan spread, topped with a honey syrup and ground almonds.

Black Forest - Inspired from the traditional German cake, this cruffin contains a creamy chocolate whipped ganache, Amarena cherries and chocolate shards.

Popcorn - Popcorn infused cream, white chocolate and caramel sauce. Topped with crunchy caramelised popcorn.
