This is a 100% sourdough tin loaf at roughly 750g. Made with a mixture of the best quality regeneratively farmed stoneground flours, risen naturally with our sourdough starter and fermented for 24hrs. The shape makes it perfect for sandwiches and the soft, fluffy centre is perfect for spreads.
