This is an regeneratively farmed rye sourdough loaf at roughly 750g. Made with 100% wildfarmed rye flour the texture and flavour is unbeatable. Rye flour is known to be extremely nutritious and is very low in gluten content so can be digested more easily by people with sensitivities to gluten. This loaf is moist and sumptuous and can usually last over a week without going stale if stored properly!
