This is a 100% sourdough loaf at roughly 750g. Made with a mixture of the best quality organic stoneground spelt, rye and white flour, with a beautiful mix of seeds inside and out. 

If you have never eaten a sourdough bread before, it is time. Once you have had a slice of freshly baked sourdough bread you can almost taste the flavours of adventure and passion. Lather it with butter, let it just sit a little and melt into every last bit of the crumb and enjoy. Have I got you hungry yet? Well, time to open up your bag and get eating!
