This is a 100% sourdough loaf at roughly 750g or 500g depending on which size you pick. Made with a mixture of the best quality regeneratively farmed stoneground flours, risen naturally with our sourdough starter and fermented for 24hrs. 

If you have never eaten a sourdough bread before, it is time. Once you have had a slice of freshly baked sourdough bread you can almost taste the flavours of adventure and passion.
