1. The Promotion

1.1 “Win Sourdough For Your Street” (the “Promotion”) is run by The Microbakery Ltd, trading as Sourdough Sophia. (“we”, “us”, “the Promoter”) to celebrate the opening of our new, bigger site at 4 Topsfield Parade, London N8 8PR on 14th July 2026, relocating from our previous site at 24 Middle Lane, Crouch End.

2. How to enter

2.1 Entry is via the online form at https://form.typeform.com/to/VO1kKRtY
2.2 To enter, you must nominate the residential street on which you live.
2.3 One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be reduced to a single valid entry at our discretion.
2.4 Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2.5 Entry is only open to residents of streets within the delivery area of our Crouch End launch leaflet drop. A full list of eligible streets is available on request by emailing hello@sourdoughsophia.co.uk. Entries nominating a street outside this area will not be counted.
2.6 Employees of Sourdough Sophia and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.


3. Timing

3.1 The Promotion opens on the date our launch leaflet is distributed and closes at 23:59 on Tuesday 28th July 2026 (the “Closing Date”), regardless of the exact drop date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.
3.2 We reserve the right to extend or shorten the Promotion period if circumstances outside our reasonable control require it (for example, delays to the leaflet drop).


4. Determining the winner

4.1 The winning street is the eligible street that receives the greatest number of valid nominations by the Closing Date.
4.2 Where nominations for the same street contain minor variations in spelling or formatting, we will use reasonable efforts to group these as a single street. Our decision on how nominations are grouped and counted is final.
4.3 In the event of a tie, we will select the winning street at random from those tied, using a computerised random selection process.
4.4 We will notify the winning street by email to everyone who entered from that street, by Friday 31st July 2026. 


5. The prize

5.1 The prize is one free N8 loaf per household on the winning street.
5.2 To claim, a resident of the winning street must visit our new site at 4 Topsfield Parade, London N8 8PR between 1st and 31st August 2026 and show proof of address (for example, a utility bill, bank statement, or delivery confirmation) dated within the last three months, matching the winning street.
5.3 Limit of one loaf per household, regardless of how many residents of that household entered.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged for a different bakery item.
5.5 Loaves not claimed by 31st August 2026 will be forfeited.


6. General

6.1 We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any stage if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.
6.2 We reserve the right to disqualify any entry we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these terms.
6.3 By entering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate. We will use your name, email, street and postcode to run the Promotion and, where you have opted in, to send you marketing communications — see our privacy policy at https://sourdoughsophia.co.uk/pages/privacy for details.
6.4 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Typeform, Microsoft or Google.
6.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
