Wonderful sweet cruffins (croissant muffins) of various flavours!

All contain gluten, eggs and milk - some may contain nuts. 

Cinnamon - a layer of pastry cream, cinnamon sugar and orange zest, rolled in more cinnamon sugar.

Babka - braided inspired by the traditional jewish babka filled with a chocolate, cinnamon and pecan spread, topped with a honey syrup and ground almonds.

Popcorn - Popcorn infused cream, white chocolate and caramel sauce. Topped with crunchy caramelised popcorn. 

Eton Mess - Inspired by the famous British dessert, we crushed meringue into fresh whipped cream, adding strawberries and their juice then garnishing it with little pink meringue kisses.
